Arrive in London and transfer to your hotel. Most flights arrive in the early morning and your room may not be ready for you. In this case, leave your luggage with the concierge and your Tour Manager will provide suggestions for you to begin to explore the city on your own. This evening, join your Tour Manager for a Welcome Drink and meeting
DAY 3, Friday - London City Tour
Today, discover the history, pageantry and sights of the city with a half day tour of London's West End. Begin with a drive through fashionable Kensington with its elegant squares and parks. Pass Harrods store and continue to view Piccadilly and Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament and the famous Big Ben. Continue to view Buckingham Palace, the London residence of Her Majesty the Queen. Your tour ends in the heart of town to explore this afternoon at leisure. DAY 4, Saturday - Travel to Paris via the Chunnel
Today, transfer to the train station for your trip from London to Paris via the Chunnel, the 31-mile-long underwater tunnel that is considered one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World. On arrival, transfer to your hotel. Tonight, perhaps join the optional tour to discover the "City of Lights" with the illumination tour and dinner in a typical French bistro

DAY 5, Sunday - Paris City Tour
This morning, enjoy a guided city tour of Paris*, including a drive along the Champs Elysées to the Arc de Triomphe. View the Eiffel Tower, Cathedral of Notre Dame, Les Invalides (which contain Napoleon's Tomb), the Latin Quarter, and the lively Opera district. Spend the afternoon exploring Paris on your own, or you may wish to join the optional tour of Versailles Palace where you will see classical French architecture at its most decadent. In the evening, perhaps join the optional Nouvelle Eve Cabaret** outing for an unforgettable night including a four course dinner with wine and dazzling costumes and dancing

DAY 6, Monday - Full Day in Paris*
Today spend time at your leisure in Paris. Explore the countless museums, such as the Orsay, relax in the Luxembourg gardens, visit Montmartre or shop in the capital of fashion. In the morning, you may wish to join the optional guided tour of the Louvre museum where you will enjoy the expertise of a professional guide. You will see some of the most famous art works of all time, highlighted by the Venus de Milo, the Winged Victory of Samothrace, and the museum’s most reputed masterpiece, Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa.
*Due to local events the optional Versailles Apartments tour will take place in the morning and the included Paris City Tour will take place in the afternoon on the Apr 4 departure.

DAY 7, Tuesday - Travel to Belgium, Bruges City Tour
This morning, travel through Flanders fields to reach Belgium and the city of Bruges, also known as the "Venice of the North", and home to some of Europe's best-preserved medieval buildings. Enjoy a delightful orientation in Bruges with its historic squares and canals. The tour takes you first to view the Lake of Love (Minnewater) and the Beguinage convent. Then, continue for a walking tour of the city's medieval districts, where you will visit Our Lady's Church, which houses the famous Madonna statue by Michelangelo, the Market Square and Belfry, and the Town Hall Square with its Chapel of the Holy Blood. Tonight, enjoy dinner together

DAY 8, Wednesday - Visit Brussels, Amsterdam
This morning, travel to the capital city of Brussels, enjoy a tour with guided views of the Atomium, Palace of Justice, and 17th-century Grand Place with its decorated guild houses. Stroll the city center to view the famous Mannekin Pis fountain. Later, depart Brussels for Amsterdam, crossing the patchwork of canals and pasture of the low lands. Tonight, you may wish to participate in the optional dinner at a cozy Dutch restaurant followed by a walking tour with your guide to explore the narrow canals and lanes of the notorious "Red Light" district. The historic bridges and classical architecture of Amsterdam truly come alive at night

DAY 9, Thursday - Amsterdam Canal Tour and Volendam
This morning, board a glass-top boat for a delightful cruise of the winding canals for an up-close view of stately historic mansions, 16th-century gabled merchant houses, and charming churches with bell towers. This afternoon, enjoy a tour of traditional Holland that includes a visit to Volendam, a charming fishing village on the old Zuiderzee. Next, visit a cheese farm and see a historic windmill and clogmakers. Tonight, enjoy a Farewell Dinner with your fellow travellers
