DAY 1: Sat - Departure from USA
- Depart the USA to Windhoek. Your flight includes meals, drinks, and in-flight entertainment for your journey.

DAY 2: Sun - Weinberg City Tour
- Upon arrival at Windhoek International Airport you will be met by you guide, complete the formalities and you are on your way towards Windhoek. 
- Your first foray onto Namibian soil will take you approximately 42km into the capital of Windhoek, a bustling metropolis with a distinctive German flavour. Then you will check into your base for the start of the journey.
- A Cullinan Namibia Representative will meet with you this afternoon to talk you through your journey, make recommendations and tell you more about our concierge service. 
- There are numerous sights around the city, landmarks that hark back to the colonial history of the country. The focus however must be the Christuskirche, overlooking the city, standing serenely on a central island surrounded by milling traffic. There are three castles perched around the hills of the city, one of them the famous Heinitzburg, with beautiful sunset views.
- Pulsating with life, opportunity and a sparkle of adventure, Windhoek is a multicultural city characterised by tranquil co-existence and enough living space for all its citizens, which number 350000. Visitors can enjoy the best of two worlds between the European-style architecture and lifestyle, to the vivid beat of African culture and environs. The first recorded settlements were established because of the springs in the area.

DAY 3: Mon - Full day in Etosha, Etosha National Park
- After breakfast you depart for the Etosha National Park.  You overnight just outside the park at Etosha Safari Lodge.
- Etosha National Park is a national park in northwestern Namibia and one of the largest national parks in Africa. It was proclaimed a game reserve in March 1907 in Ordinance 88 by the Governor of German South West Africa, Friedrich von Lindequist. It was designated as Wildschutzgebiet in 1958, and was elevated to the status of a national park in 1967 by an act of parliament of the Republic of South Africa. It spans an area of 22,270 km2 (8,600 sq mi) and gets its name from the large Etosha pan which is almost entirely within the park. With an area of 4,760 km2 (1,840 sq mi), the Etosha pan covers 23 of the total area of the national park. The area is home to hundreds of species of mammals, birds and reptiles, including several threatened and endangered species such as the black rhinoceros.
- The park is located in the Kunene regionand shares boundaries with the regions of Oshana, Oshikoto and Otjozondjupa.
- At sunrise the gates open to the Great White Place or Place of Dry Water, as the Owambo people have called the heart of the country since time immemorial. Unlike its name, however, the 22 912-square-kilometre national park is a place of sanctuary and abundance.
- With a variety of vegetation types, from thorn bush and woodland savannah, stands of makalani palms and the phantom moringa trees (sprokiesbome) to the chalky white pan, Etosha National Park is home to myriad species of wildlife. One-hundred-and-fourteen mammal species are found in the park including the antisocial black rhino and the endemic black-faced impala.
- Waterholes are dotted along the southern section of the pan providing effortless viewing. Unequalled Earthly experiences can be garnered here: watching a family of elephants silently appear and hurry excitedly towards the water, lions lazing contentedly in the shade of a bush, elegant giraffe loping across the road and a herd of handsome zebra nuzzling each other affectionately.
- At the end of a full Etosha day, while some are still racing the sun, others are lounging on the sundowner deck of Etosha Safari Lodge enjoying a drink at the Oshebeena Bar at Etosha Safari Camp, contemplating Etosha marvels and the thrill of being in the African wilderness.

DAY 6: Thu - Departutre from Windhoek Airport to USA
- Every fantastic holiday must come to and end and sadly so the time has come to bid farewell to this beautiful destination.
-  The drive from Etosha back to the international airport in Windhoek will take around 5 hours, please make sure that the guests depart on a late afternoon flight.
- Your guide will take you all the way to the airport before saying his goodbyes.
