- Location -- The hotel is located 0.4 miles from the city center of Athens and 1 mile from Constitution Square. The airport and sandy shore are a car ride away. There is easy access to both national roads and the subway system.
- Guest Rooms -- Rooms feature new furniture, lighting fixtures, carpets and wall coverings, satellite TV, hairdryers, mini safes, electronic temperature control and soundproof (triple) glasses. All rooms have twin beds some have queen or king size beds.
- Restaurants -- The hotel has one main restaurant overlooking the renovated Karaiskaki square with the unique monument of the deceased Aviators. The restaurant serves buffet American breakfast and tableside served lunch and dinner, with recipes mainly form the Greek cuisine.
