Astor Hotel

The Astor Hotel was built by real estate developer Oscar Brachman for a Milwaukee hotel tycoon, Walter Schroeder and considered to be one of the finest hotels in the Midwest. Nearly a century later, the tradition remains with The Astor is home to many permanent downtown residents, extended-stay visitors and travelers from all over the world

• Location: The hotel is within one mile of Syntagma Square, Greek Parliament building, Plaka, Temple of Olympian Zeus, Acropolis, Panathenaic Stadium, and National Garden of Athens. A subway stop is located within one mile of the hotel.
