After initially having bad luck when we arrived at the hotel (for some reason there were no rooms available so we were placed to another hotel), the manager of Business Hotel Othmane Sefrioui made it up generously: he compensated all the extra expenses we made; offered me and my clients free drinks; and he up-graded the room
