• To pay your land deposit online, please go to https://www.righttravel.info/travelagent_login.php
• Sign in, click on your quote ID, review the invoice, and click on payment tab on top left corner of your invoice to make the required deposit.
• To proceed and book all services, we must receive an email from you after you put your initial deposit advising how many hotel rooms and/or airline seats to book (not to be less than the minimum number of passengers requirement for this group)
• Additional hotels and Airline payment will be requested later on and will be specified within your confirmation email which we will be sending within 5-7 business days after receiving your email with the number of rooms and airline seats.
• All Group names must be provided 90 days before arrival, or the group will be cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
• Full payment for the land package will be due 60 days prior to departure.
• All services are subject to availability at the time of booking and will be confirmed within 2-3 business days after receiving your payment.
• If the Group bookings require minimum number of passengers is not met 180 days prior to the travel date, the group booking will be cancelled. In such cases, the deposit will be converted into a future travel credit.
