Medhat, Local office answers did a superlative job with the actual workings of the itinerary for my trip to Australia/New Zealand. Royale Limousines' drivers were always on time and courteous. Guides, especially, John, in Sydney, were excellent.
Highlights were: Sydney - The Sydney Harbour Bridge climb to the inner arch of the bridge (1-1/2 hours) - The Skyrail rainforest cable car from Port Douglas to Kuranda rainforest (1/2 hour) - The Ayers Rock helicopter flight over Ayers rock and the Outback (1/2 hour) - The glass-bottom boat at Green Island (boat from Cairns to Green Island across the Coral Sea) for the coral and marine life of the barrier reef. Because the waters were extremely choppy, the glass-bottom boat was unable to go beyond the coast line of the island, the waters were green with algae so unable to see the colors of the coral. A disappointment.
New Zealand Highlights: The 10-seat small plane to and from Queenstown to the Milford Sound cruise boat. The flights were incredible over the snow-capped mountains. The cruise of the Sound was everything I expected it to be - absolutely wonderful!
Hotels were five-star quality and service in all was outstanding (except for the Hyatt Regency in Sydney - I was disappointed with room size, lack of amenities, but service was great).
