The Mohamed V square is surely the heart and the administrational center of Marrakesh. The square was established in 1920 and it contained many buildings and structures which were featured with the architectural style of Europeans who occupied the Arab nations at the time.
The square is where all the tours going all over the city of Marrakesh begin and it is where most of these tours end. The square hosts some historical buildings, gardens, and many other attractions which all revolve around a large fountain in the middle. There are also many cafes, touristic gift shops, and restaurants.
